LTC Tim R. Martin, USA 
JC2IOS, Military Faculty

LTC Martin is currently serving as a military faculty member in the Joint Command, Control, and Information Operations School at the Joint Forces Staff College of the National Defense University. He was commissioned through the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps in 1995 as a Distinguished Military Graduate. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a Master of Science Degree in Information Assurance. Prior to his arrival to the college, LTC Martin served as the Information Operations Branch Chief for Headquarters, Department of the Army, G-3/5/7. He has over 24 years of US Army service with Military Intelligence and Information Operations assignments ranging from the company to Army staff level. LTC Martin deployed in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM in 2003 with the 4th Infantry Division (Mechanized) and again in 2009 with the 1st Cavalry Division. He is a graduate of the Army’s Military Intelligence Officer Basic Course, Military Intelligence Officer Captain’s Career Course, and the US Army Command and General Staff College.
