Colonel Brandon C. Durant currently serves as faculty member at the Joint Advanced Warfighting School and as the Air Force Senior Service Representative for the Joint Forces Staff College. Prior to this Colonel Durant served as the Chief of the Strategic Integration Division in the Unites States Africa Command’s Joint Operations Directorate.

Colonel Durant earned his commission as a Distinguished Graduate from the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas in December 1999, and earned his air battle management wings at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. In November 2001. He is a senior air battle manger with more than 2,539 hours, 650 in combat. Colonel Durant has commanded at the squadron level, and as a staff officer in the Office of Public Affairs, Secretary of the Air Force, Headquarters United States Air Force.
