Q: I am attending JPME II in a TDY/TAD enroute status. Will my BAH rate change to the Norfolk area?
A: No. Your BAH rate will remain the same until you reach your final destination. However, if you're enroute from overseas, your BAH rate will change to the transit BAH rate (basic rate for your pay grade) until you reach your final destination.
Q: I am leaving my dependents at the last duty station until completion of JPME II (TDY/TAD enroute), what area will my BAH rate reflect.
A: If your dependents remain at your last duty station, you will receive BAH at the rate of the area where your dependents reside.
Q: When can I submit an interim settlement?
A: Every 30 days.
Q: I am attending JPME II enroute to my next duty station. What area will my BAH rate reflect?
A: You will receive the BAH rate for your losing duty station. If coming from overseas, you will receive the standard BAH amount for your grade.
Q: I am TDY and return, must I receive an OER prior to attending JPME II?
Q: Can I bring my family along with me to the course?
A: Yes. However, due to limited availability of family style lodging, you may be required to obtain lodging off-base. If you obtain off-base lodging, your per-diem rate will remain the same as the on-base rate.
All students must check out with their finance center prior to reporting to JFSC.
