Joint Forces Staff College Holds Combined Graduation

Norfolk, VA – The Joint Forces Staff College held a combined graduation ceremony for three of its four Schools today. The Joint Advanced Warfighting School conferred a Master of Science Degree in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy to 36 graduates. The Joint and Combined Warfighting School graduated 255 students, including 14 international officers. The Advanced Joint Professional Military Education Course graduated 25 National Guard and reserve students. Lieutenant General Frances C. Wilson, U.S. Marine Corps, President of the National Defense University, was the graduation speaker.

Established as the Armed Forces Staff College August 13th, 1946, JFSC educates national security leaders in joint, multinational, and interagency operational-level planning and warfighting, to instill a primary commitment to joint, multinational, and interagency teamwork, attitudes and perspectives.
