REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS

Alumni of the Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), Joint and Combined Warfighting School (JCWs), Advanced Joint Professional Military Education (AJPME), Joint and Combined Warfighting School-Hybrid (JCWS-H)  and Joint Command, Control & Information Operations School (JC2IOS) may request official or unofficial transcripts of work completed at  Joint Forces Staff College (JFSC) by completing a Transcript Request. Failure to complete any one of the fields may delay or prevent your request form being processed. Due to Federal privacy laws, a written or form request with the alumni's signature is required. We cannot fulfill telephone requests for transcripts. Signed completed requests should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar in person, by email, mail or fax. There is no fee for this service. Please allow 5-10 business days for routine processing.

Note: Only official transcripts bear the University's seal, signed by the Registrar and are official if in the sealed institution's envelope. Transcripts issued to the student or picked up, will be marked "Issued to Student" and/or unofficial.
Alumni of the Homeland Security Planner's Course (HLSPC) and Joint, Interagency and Multinational Planner' Course (JIMPC) must request an official transcript through the American Council on Education's Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT). ACE has reviewed the curriculum of each course and provided a credit recommendation of their college-level equivalencies.

ACE Recommendation: 2 semester hours (graduate degree category) in Emergency Management or Homeland Security

JIMPC
Length: 40 hours
Dates: 05/01/2014 - Present
ACE Recommendation: 2 semester hours (graduate degree category) in Homeland Security or Global Studies
